1. 수집하는 개인정보

GritSet은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·요구하지 않습니다.

2. 데이터 저장 위치

사용자가 입력하는 모든 데이터(운동 기록, 루틴, 신체 정보, 메모 등)는 사용자 기기의 로컬 저장소(브라우저 IndexedDB)에만 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 운영자의 서버나 제3자에게 전송되지 않으며, 운영자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.

예외(구글 드라이브 백업): 사용자가 설정에서 직접 '구글 드라이브 백업'을 연결한 경우에만, 운동 기록 백업본이 암호화된 상태로 사용자 본인의 구글 드라이브(앱 전용 숨김 공간)에 업로드됩니다. 이 백업은 사용자의 구글 계정에만 저장되며 운영자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 이 기능은 옵트인(기본값 꺼짐)이며, 언제든 설정에서 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 분석 도구

GritSet은 광고, 사용자 분석(analytics), 추적(tracking) 목적의 외부 SDK나 서비스를 일절 사용하지 않습니다. 따라서 제3자에게 제공되는 데이터가 없습니다. 다만 사용자가 직접 '구글 드라이브 백업'을 연결한 경우, 구글 드라이브(Google LLC)가 사용자 본인의 백업 저장처로 사용됩니다. 이는 옵트인이며 기본값은 꺼짐입니다.

4. 데이터 내보내기 / 가져오기

앱은 백업을 위한 내보내기/가져오기 기능을 제공합니다. 이 기능은 사용자가 직접 실행하며, 생성된 백업 파일은 사용자가 선택한 위치에만 저장됩니다. 파일의 보관과 공유는 전적으로 사용자가 관리합니다.

5. 알림 및 진동

휴식 타이머 알림과 진동(햅틱)은 사용자 기기 내에서만 동작하며, 이를 위해 외부로 전송되는 정보는 없습니다.

6. 데이터 삭제

모든 데이터는 사용자 기기에만 있으므로, 앱의 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 관련 기록이 함께 삭제됩니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

GritSet은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 아동으로부터 수집되는 정보도 없습니다.

8. 방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경될 경우 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 향후 분석·크래시 수집 도구가 추가되는 등 데이터 처리 방식이 바뀌면 변경 사항을 반영합니다.

1. Personal Data We Collect

GritSet has no sign-up or login and does not collect or request any personal information such as name, email, or phone number.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter (workout logs, routines, body metrics, notes, etc.) is stored only in your device's local storage (browser IndexedDB). This data is not sent to the operator's server or any third party, and the operator cannot access it.

Exception (Google Drive backup): only if you explicitly connect "Google Drive backup" in Settings, an encrypted copy of your workout data is uploaded to your own Google Drive (app-private hidden storage). It is stored only in your Google account; the operator cannot access it. This is opt-in (off by default), and you can disconnect at any time in Settings.

3. Third Parties and Analytics

GritSet uses no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs or services whatsoever. No data is shared with any third party. However, if you opt in, Google Drive (Google LLC) is used as the storage destination for your own backup. This is opt-in and off by default.

4. Export / Import

The app provides export/import for backups. These actions are initiated by you, and any backup file is saved only to a location you choose. Storage and sharing of such files are entirely under your control.

5. Notifications and Haptics

Rest-timer notifications and haptic feedback operate only on your device. No information is transmitted externally for these features.

6. Data Deletion

Because all data resides only on your device, clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app deletes the associated records.

7. Children's Privacy

GritSet is not directed at children, and since no personal data is collected, no data is collected from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will post updates on this page, including any change to data handling (for example, if analytics or crash-reporting tools are added in the future).
